1. Who we are
Past The Click is operated by Alex Rebull Caballero, based in Spain. For any questions about this policy or your data, contact alex@pastheclick.com.
2. What information we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide — which may include your name, email address, company name, website, target market and goals, package interest, and any additional notes you choose to share.
If you become a client, we may also collect information shared during the course of the engagement, including business data, account access details, and communications via email, Slack, or Google Chat.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, assess fit for our services, and, if you engage us, to deliver the agreed services. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process contact form submissions on the basis of your consent when you submit the form. Where you become a client, we process information as necessary to perform our contract with you.
5. Cookies and tracking
As of June 2026, this site does not use third-party analytics or tracking tools. The website's hosting platform and WordPress software may set basic technical cookies necessary for the site to function. If this changes — for example, if analytics tools are added in future — this policy will be updated and, where required, a cookie consent option will be added.
6. Data sharing
Form submissions may pass through third-party services used to operate this website, such as our hosting provider or contact form plugin, solely for the purpose of delivering submissions to us. We do not share your information with any other third parties except where required by law.
7. Data retention
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if relevant, follow up about our services, and delete it once it's no longer needed. Client information is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward, as required for legal, accounting, or business purposes.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to its processing or request a copy of it (data portability). To exercise these rights, contact alex@pastheclick.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
